"Practice Management: What are you afraid of?"

Participants will share ideas and Best Practices for the operation and management of their practices, specifically the "scary" parts.  Friday will be separate sessions for Med-Large and Small practices, with combined sessions on Saturday to discuss Burning Questions and topics that pertain to every business owner.  Topics will include:

• Fear of raising prices
• Fear of investing in new technology
• Fear of security breaches
• .....and many others  

Saturday will also include a 1 hr IRS CE session with Brad Messner, EA on the latest laws affecting Cybersecurity.

Workshop qualifies for 11 NAEA CE and 1 IRS CE.
